High quality PE film squeezing and pelletizing machine
PE film squeezing & pelletizing dryer removes the water from screw pushing and electrical magnetic heating. The screw barrel is made of material feeding barrel, compressing barrel and plasticized barrel. After feeding, squeezing, the film will be plasticized and cut to the particle by the pelletizer which is installed beside the mold. The running speed of the machine is controlled automatically through the built-in pressure sensors of the device.

Raw Material:
Advantages:
1. Working efficiently: Can remove the water from the washed film by screw washing.
2. No stuck: Uniform feeding without stuck.
3. Final moisture: 1-2%.
4. Feeding to Granulating line: Be easier for feeding the film/woven-bag to Granulating line.
5. Capacity: Improve the capacity of Granulating line in the next step.
6. High working efficiency. First remove water from the washed film by the screw, then make the film into granules like popcorn.
7. Size of granules is adjustable by changing mold.
8. Final moisture content is 1-2%.
9. Be easier to feeding material to the granulating line and improving capacity.
