PP woven bag washing line process as follow(Different dirty PE film, device is different):
Belt conveyor – Plastic crusher - Friction washing dewater – High speed friction washer – Double V bottom floating washer – screw discharger – High speed friction washer – Double V bottom floating washer – Screw discharger – High speed dewater – Air conveying system – Hoper.

Advantages:
Plastic crusher: It is specially designed for blade cutting with double V shearing for flexible LDPE film, PP woven bags which is easily to wrap around. To crush PP woven bags, it not need change blade, only need sharpen on machine.
Friction washing dewater: It is pre-friction washing PE film from crusher and remove most dirty water in PE film.
New model high speed friction washer: This model friction washer with three zones. First zone is swage water dewatering, second zone is clean water friction washing, third zone is friction dewatering. It with screen cleaning device and big maintain door.
Floating washer: Floating washer bottom is designed as coned with dirty discharging valve. While cleaning the floating washer, just need to open the valve, no need manual cleaning.
